The short answer
Bring comfortable shoes, layers, a rain-resistant outer layer, personal essentials and your travel documents. Add swimwear if your booked unit has a pool or jacuzzi. Before travelling, ask which towels, kitchen equipment and supplies are provided for your stay. Also confirm whether pool heating is available on your chosen dates.
Your packing checklist
Tick items as you pack. Your selections stay on this page only and clear when you reload.
Pack for your actual plans
Begin with your travel dates, the unit you booked and the activities you expect to do. A quiet weekend in a bungalow needs fewer items than a longer villa stay with several people. Assign shared items to one person and keep daily essentials easy to reach rather than packing duplicates in every bag.
Use the checklist on this page as a reminder. Its selections are for your current page session; they are not a message to the property or a request for equipment.
Everyday essentials
Bring identification and your booking details, any personal medicines you normally use, toiletries, chargers and a reusable water bottle. Pack a comfortable outfit for indoors alongside clothes for going out. A book or another simple offline activity gives you an alternative when you prefer to stay inside.
Comfortable shoes with grip are useful for walks. Keep a separate pair for indoors if you prefer, and a bag for wet or dirty clothes so they do not mix with clean items on the journey home.
Adjust clothing to the forecast
In spring and autumn, pack layers you can add or remove, plus a rain-resistant jacket. For warmer days, add sun protection and lighter clothing. In winter, bring warmer layers and footwear appropriate to the conditions reported for your route.
Check the official Sapanca forecast before choosing the final items. Our season guide helps you think through the type of trip you want.
Pool, jacuzzi and kitchen preparation
Pack swimwear if these features are part of your plan. M1 lists an outdoor jacuzzi; the other Monk units list private pools. Ask about pool heating for your exact dates. Bring footwear suitable for the area around water and supervise children whenever they are near it.
The accommodation listings include kitchens, but that does not specify every appliance, pan or consumable. Before planning meals, ask what equipment is available in your unit and whether you should bring ingredients, coffee, oil or other supplies. Confirm towels and any pool or sauna items you intend to rely on, rather than adding them to an assumed inclusion list.
Check details before you leave
For children, bring their usual personal supplies and ask about any equipment you need. For a pet, confirm the current conditions before travel and bring its normal care items. Monk’s published settings welcome small breeds; this does not mean every pet or arrangement is accepted without discussion.
Published check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. Confirm any different timing directly. Review the policies and frequently asked questions, then contact the team with questions about your booked unit.
